This Refund Policy applies to all products sold on wpwebtemplates.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are buying a digital product delivered via instant download.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been downloaded.
• You are responsible for reviewing product details, live previews, and technical specifications before purchasing.
• You are responsible for ensuring your hosting environment meets the stated requirements.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds. Because all our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned, “un-downloaded,” or resold. Once payment is confirmed and the download link has been accessed, the transaction is considered complete and final.

We do not issue refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Purchasing by mistake or purchasing the wrong product.
• Realizing the product does not fit your specific use case.
• Lack of technical skills to install or customize the template.
• Incompatibility with your hosting, plugins, or third-party services.
• Expectation of features not listed on the product page.
• Duplicate purchases of the same product.
• PageSpeed, SEO, or performance results differing from your expectations.
• Third-party services (hosting, plugins, page builders) changing or breaking after purchase.

Narrow Exceptions

We believe in standing behind our work. In extremely rare cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit (not a cash refund) if:

• The product download link is permanently broken and we cannot restore it after multiple attempts.
• The delivered ZIP file is corrupted and we cannot supply a working copy after multiple attempts.
• You were charged twice for the same single order due to a payment gateway error.

These exceptions are at our sole discretion and require you to contact us within 7 days of purchase with a detailed report and, where applicable, screenshots or screen recordings.

Even in these cases, our preferred solution is always to fix the problem or provide a replacement copy — not to issue a cash refund.

Not Eligible for Refund

The following are never eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit:

• Products that have been downloaded at least once.
• Products that have been modified, customized, or combined with other code.
• Products purchased more than 7 days ago.
• Products purchased by mistake.
• Products whose incompatibility is due to your hosting, theme, or plugin environment.
• Products already refunded once and re-purchased.
• Products purchased using a coupon or during a limited-time sale.
• Bulk or agency packages.
• Resale-licensed products (all sales final due to resale rights transfer).

Broken or Corrupted Files

If your download is broken, corrupted, or fails to extract, please contact us first — we will almost always be able to help.

We will:

• Re-issue your download link.
• Send you a fresh ZIP if the original is corrupted.
• Provide an alternate download method if needed.
• Walk you through installation via WhatsApp if the issue is setup-related.

In our experience, more than 95% of download issues are resolved by re-issuing the file or guiding the customer through installation — no refund required.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account.
• Revocation of all licenses for products purchased on the disputed order.
• Permanent ban from future purchases on WP Web Templates.
• Sharing of your details with relevant payment processors and fraud prevention networks.

If you have a genuine concern, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve it fairly. Most disputes can be resolved with a quick WhatsApp message.

To avoid disappointment, please do the following before purchase:

• Check the live preview — every product has one, so you can see exactly what you get.
• Read the technical specs — PHP version, parent theme, page builder, plugin requirements.
• Confirm compatibility with your hosting and existing setup.
• Ask us first via WhatsApp if you’re unsure — we’re happy to pre-check compatibility for you.
• Verify your license needs — if you need resale rights, buy from the “Templates for Resale” category.
• Test on staging — after purchase, always test in a staging environment before deploying to production.
