After you place your order and provide the necessary information (domain, hosting access, and any specific customization details), your website will be delivered within 3–5 business days.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature and customization of our products and services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once the setup process begins, your order is considered final.

4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing valid domain and hosting credentials within 24 hours of purchase
- Reviewing the demo template thoroughly before ordering

We offer basic lifetime support for setup-related issues and general questions. However, major customizations, third-party plugin issues, or ongoing maintenance are not included in the base price.
